Portrait dates are November 23–27, 2009  at the school.

Appointment Times – A Lifetouch representative will be at the school October 13 & 14 10:30 – 1:30 pm  in the front foyer to schedule individual portrait sittings.
 
Portrait Sitting – Your portrait sitting will consist of 14-16 color proofs combining both traditional (cap and gown) and contemporary or casual photographs.  A portrait sitting fee of $50.00 is payable by cash or cheque to Lifetouch at the time of your sitting. 
NOTE: The $50.00 sitting fee includes an 8 x 10 color composite of the entire class in cap and gown and an 8 x 10 group photo of grads in formal attire taken the night of grad.
If you choose not to have Lifetouch take your grad picture, you still need to make an appointment to ensure you are included in the class composite picture and in the yearbook.

Dress:
Graduation gowns and stoles will be supplied, as well as fresh roses for the girls.  Girls are advised to consider the V-neck of the gown when choosing clothing.  Boys are advised to wear a white dress shirt and tie.  Wearing of the grad cap is optional for photos.

Proofs:
Students receive their proofs at the school.  At this time the student will receive a coupon which can be used on the order date TBA at the school.  At this time they can order their photos.  Orders can also be made by phone or by mail.  If you miss the fall grad photo days you can have your photo taken on retake day, Date TBA.
