A student wishing to participate in the graduation ceremonies at our school must be expected to qualify for a high school diploma by the end of his or her graduation year. A student must be registered in a minimum of 30 credits at Olds High School during Grade 12 in order to participate. A student registered in a course required for graduation outside of OHS, (e.g. correspondence or outreach) must be halfway through the course by April 17, 2008 before his or her name can be added to the grad list. Students registered in a Special Project as part of the 30 credit requirement or 30 level requirement must be completed by the end of Semester 1.
The grad list will be updated as the year progresses. A final list will be prepared April 20th. Students are responsible for ensuring that their grad status is maintained throughout the year and until the time of graduation. If unsure of grad status please check with Mrs. Statchuk. |
